 Thank you for visiting and shopping at lucydid.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Non-commissioned or “ready to buy” prints are processed within 2-3 business days. This time includes applying any customisation to the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or customisation is more bespoke or complex, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery for commissioned items will be discussed during consultation.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your “ready to buy prints” will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Where possible we endeavour to send multiple prints in a single package, however we reserve the right to contact you if multiple packages or a higher rate is required.

Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur.

Packaging

Individual prints are sent with protective tissue paper and in a hard-backed envelope to protect in transit. Occasionally prints will be sent in tubes if the design will not be damaged.

 

Locations

lucydid.co.uk currently only ships to mainland UK.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

lucydid.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

lucydid.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
