Custom Lettering: Add a personal message, a name, or the year (Max 20 characters, e.g., "The Johnsons 2025" or "Our First Home").
Base Colour: Choose the perfect canvas for your memory: Deep Forest Green, Snowy White, Midnight Blue, or Clear Resin to highlight the tree material itself.
Metallic Flakes: Add a touch of magic with shimmering Gold, Silver, or Copper flakes.
Faux Tree Option: If you have an artificial tree, don't worry! Simply select the 'Faux Tree Stock' option, and we will use our own ethically sourced, beautiful material to create your design.

Snip, Package and Post: You’ll receive our Simple Send-In Guide PDF via email. Just snip a small piece of your tree, pop it in an envelope with your name, and post it to the address provided.
Lucy Did This: Your unique piece is lovingly crafted in my workshop, meticulously preserving your memory.
Delivery: Your ornament will arrive during the year, bringing the magic of your preserved memory right to your door when you least expect it.

We craft and dispatch orders throughout the year to manage the highly bespoke process. Your ornament is guaranteed to arrive within 11 months of your order, but you'll get a beautiful, unexpected delivery whenever it’s ready.

It's super easy! Upon ordering, you'll receive a downloadable PDF guide. All you need is a small snip of your tree, a piece of kitchen roll to wrap it in (to keep it dry), and a standard envelope. Don't forget to write your name inside!
